Made an online order for delivery at 10:15am. At 10:35am they called and said they were busy and it should arrive soon. At 10:39am it says out for delivery. At 11:30am we were confused why it wasn’t delivered yet. Looked outside and the food was there. No knock or doorbell was rung and the app didn’t show it was delivered. Our food was no longer cold and we recieved no coupon for the delivery delay.

Freaky Fast is a JOKE! After waiting over an hour, I called to ask about the eta for delivery. I was told “we’re down a driver…he should be there soon”. After another 15 minutes, I called to cancel my order. What a joke! The gentleman answering the phone told me, “we will credit your card within 2-3 business days”. He hung up and no apology. Let’s see if I see the credit…Avoid this place like the plague. Unprofessional and Freaky Hot Mess.

So, I just wanted to say, the people up at this Jimmy John’s are totally awesome! My food was good and delivered in a timely fashion! Not to mention, my favorite part, they actually checked the delivery instructions. Which as you can see was a test of artistic ability!

My sandwich was fine but the atmosphere at this store was weird and uncomfortable. The employees seemed inconvenienced by me ordering 1 sandwich 45 minutes before closing time. Didn’t even give me a credit card receipt…just walked away from the register without saying a word. Very strange

This store is the absolute worst. I order for “freaky fast” delivery and half the time they take 20-30 minutes to deliver it, and when they do, the driver takes his sweet time walking slowly up to give me my food. To make matters worse, in the time it took me to get my order, my co-worker had time to run to a hardware store, go get his food from the same store (where he said they were making no food even though I put my order in 10-15 minutes prior) before I even got my food.

This has become my favorite JJ’s location in town, and it is definitely because of the staff. They are a well-oiled machine of efficiency, and always very friendly (and playing excellent tunes, I might add). I’m kicking myself for not learning his name, but our usual cashier with the immaculate manicures (last week was Marshmello on the ring nails, so cute!) has become a human I look forward to interacting with on my once a week lunch order following a standing appointment I take my daughter to nearby. We you, Monday/Wednesday lunch crew!
