Chose a beautiful T bone steak at American Butchers. They cooked it to perfection, and the fries were extremely fresh and delicious. The texas Philly was incredible as well. Highly recommend! I am visiting Dallas and wanted a Texas steak, and I got it without the high restaurant prices!

My wife bought a raw steak at the market and let them cook there. It was a brilliant choice because the flavor and tender of the steak were fantastic. I recommend the french fries, too.

Highly recommend this place! My husband and I had Texas Burger and Texas Cuban and we both loved Texas Cuban. Of course the burger was good too but the Cuban sandwitch.. is another level! So so good. It is the best food I’ve ever had in the US. Texas Cuban is a bit spicy though but I love Spicy so I loved it. And the beers were good too. If you are looking for a place to have a good meal at Dalls Farmers Market, this is the place you should go. The staffs are super friendly too. Thank Beyond The Butchers for the great food and time! We will come back next time we come to Dallas. 🙂

I stayed at an Airbnb across the road from the Dallas Farmers market. For my last night in Dallas (and the US) I wanted a proper Texan steak, I noticed on the menu that if you bought a steak at the butcher (next door) they would cook it. They cooked my 1.7ILB Texan Rib eye beautifully, also nice beers and very friendly staff

We very much enjoyed the experience but we believe it was pricey considering that you have to order at the counter and then share your table with a group of strangers. The Brisket Sandwich was good but I do recommend ordering a portion of fries to fill you. Service was friendly and talkative. I’m still not much into food truck style food but if you’re into it you’ll enjoy it

So many choices in this food hall but I’m glad we choose this place. All meat is fresh and the food was cooked to order which makes all the difference. We had burgers and fries, the burgers were absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend.
