First time here. Small location but very well laid out. Happened to stop by when I was in the area and very friendly staff. They have a table set away from the cashier for uber, door dash, etc. Tried their expresso which was great tasting and was able to try 4 donuts.

No Aloha here. The piece of paper on the front said that lobby is not open and that only drive through is open. When I walked to to the window they refused the service because I wasn’t in a car. The girls kept saying something about me having to download an “app” in order to order coffee. This felt really wrong. The car on the front of me didn’t have to get “an app”. Absolutely ridiculous to refuse service based on the fact that I didn’t have my car. There wasn’t even a sign that said “no shirt, no shoes, no car no service”

CHECK THE BOX BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF! We haven’t had a problem until today. Ordered 12 donuts and all 4 Boston cremes were STALE AND DRY!!! I tried calling, just goes to voicemail. Drove all the way back up there. He gave me fresh Boston’s but hardly looked at me and never apologized. I was never given a receipt to begin with anyway. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY! That guy needs more training or off the drive thru window.

Tried the Seasonal SugarPlum donut (dark purple frosting) with white sprinkles today! Saw the commercial and had to try it! So yummy. I’m not sure if it tastes like a sugar plum but it was definitely sweet. I liked it.

This was my first time trying this Dunkin but it was not good. I ordered 2 different sandwiches. One was the new pepper bacon and the other was bacon egg and cheese. The croissant on both sandwiches, was so dry, it was not edible. It tasted like flour. The lady working the register was rude. She acted as if it was a burden to wait on us. Then gave me the donuts but not the sandwiches. I got all the way to my car and had to go back into the store for the sandwiches.

The staff was very rude. This was my first time at a Dunkin’ and I really didn’t know what to order. There was no one behind me to order. I let be known to the cashier that I never been at a Dunkin’ before. She just stared at me waiting to take my order. I eventually ordered a glazed donut, a sausage, egg and cheese croissant, and a iced latte. Then I went to the next section to wait for my order and a guy was eating and licking his fingers. He eventually closed the box and walked in the back. Waited about 7 mins and he returns and he had said a sausage egg and cheese croissant, threw the bag on the counter and walked back to the back…WOW!!! I will never go anywhere and give support when I am treated like that. I didn’t do anything to this person and he threw my bag on the counter. I felt it was very rude. I don’t know if he was having a bad day but my impression was bad so I will never go here again. I bit the sandwich and it was very hard and the middle of it was cold so I spit it out. The latte was good.
