I’ll never visit another BK. This place is utter trash. The entire exsperience. From giving an order, waiting for the order( guy went and smoked and took a phonecall while my food waited at counter then said sorry, offered cookie) I literally watched him bc I had to pull up along with 5 other furious customers. Then everything I ordered was wrong except the fris and nuggets BUT those were OLD and literally you couldn’t eat them. Waisted money and time. BK THEY MESS UP ALL DAY!! **For the topper MEAT WAS RAW YALL** People literally have died from this at fast food restaurants and to see how much they don’t care is a slap in the face. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

I was told to pull up after paying for order. Waited 30 minutes, no food. Banged on door to get employees attention because lobby was closed and doors locked. Employees standing around doing nothing. My order wasn’t even prepared. Asked for refund and was told they had to call a manager to get approved. Worst service ever. Did not deserve one star.
