Domino’s PizzaI don’t know what it is with your Stratford Connecticut location it’s like they don’t care if your pizza is good or not either they give it to you doughy or they give it to you burnt or they put the wrong toppings. Oh, and then every time I go, they tell me they don’t have Parmesan cheese. I think I know what the problem is they don’t have any competition there’s no Pizza Hut there’s no Papa John’s there’s no Little Caesars. It’s just them. Oh and I think that the owner is a cheap person and that’s why they never have Parmesan cheese. Oh, and they love to skimp on their napkins. Yesterday my dad got us some pizza for dinner and the pizza was very doughy and they put ham on our pizza even though we didn’t ask for that we asked for salami not only that, but the pizza was very doughy. The guy also tried to give me only three or four napkins oh, and they didn’t have Parmesan cheese as usual.

It’s Domino’s. It’s your basic American pizza. They’re never going to compete with New Haven style pizza in this area, but then, they’re not trying to. For what it is, it’s pretty tasty.

Ordered delivery and when they arrived they were all the way down my driveway(100 yds) were I can’t see, delivery driver called me and asked where I was and when I said I’m waiting outside. He told me he was in the front then asked me if I was getting the pizza or not cause he’s been waiting for a long time. I made a note on the app stating where the house was, left a $20 tip outside for him to take and just leave the prepaid pizza. He spoke to me in such a rude way I just told him to cancel the order. Why would I order delivery and not get it at the door, let alone asking me if I’d pick it up 100 yards away from the door.

I called in to ask a question and was quickly answered very rudely and hung up on while still speaking, I was very polite and felt extremely disrespected. I normally won’t give bad reviews but this was definitely uncalled for, hopefully next time they actually answer the phone like they’re speaking with a human being.

Just awful. Ordered online went to pick up my order 2 medium pizzas. I got there and one was just sitting there I’m like I got 2 of them they were like 2 minutes I’m like okay 10 minutes pass by and the delivery guy comes in and he gives the people in the back a box and they were like here you go I’m looking at them like are you serious you want me to take a random pizza that some driver brought in from outside? It was just awful then I had to wait 25 more minutes for them to make my pizza smh. Don’t ever go to this place it’s awful plus they don’t use gloves

I place order for pizza 3toppings was not there which is payed for I called store they hang up.. call again ask for corporate number employee don’t know corporate number.. usually I don’t do bad reviews. But today when I call I feel they treated me like I am the ahole.. hop corporate and franchise see this and don’t rune customers order.. if made mistakes it’s ok but customer call apologiz about mistakes and don’t be rude to customers
