So I haven’t been back to Denny’s in over 7 months because of the bad service and the food. But my father came into town to visit and he loves Denny’s so we came back. Well it was clean for the most part but always has a funny smell. The waitress was very nice and had service with a smile. She was very attentive to my family and I made sure our coffee stayed topped off. She sat us in the back with great seating so everyone could be comfortable. Well we ordered our beverages and she brought them right away. When she came back with drinks she took our food order. I did ask her for well done hash browns and meat and neither of my meats or hashbrowns were cooked well. But my dad and my son were happy with their food so I didn’t complain. So I ate my food and just enjoyed my breakfast with my family. Paid for our food and went on with my day.

Ive been to this one regularly. I guess it depends who is cooking. Have been here when the food is great. Today was just so-so. The service is always great. I had Crystal today who was very attentive and nice.

The few times I’ve tried this place, it always serve disgusting, tasteless food so bad i decided to never go back. The only reason I ate there again is because I didn’t know it was this place when ordering on doordash. On top of the salty Zesty Nachos without Pico de Gallo or sour cream it was cold. my Philly Cheesesteak Omelettes were cold and tasteless. Not one silverware given for 3 orders, no syrup or butter for 2 sets of pancakes. Waste of 60$! This place needs to be closed.

This morning around 10:40 am I went to have Breakfast at the Denny’s located in Brandon Fl that was the biggest mistake of my life. Upon my arrival I have to wait for a few minutes to be assisted and then the waitress came and took me to a table, While there I waited for my food for about 25 minutes. The waitress had like 10 tables by herself. I looked around and all tables were full of dirty plates and there was nobody to pick them up. When the food arrived the waitress gave me a plastic fork and knife. Are you serious. I heard an old couple saying I can put up with this kind of service and they stand up and left the restaurant upset because nobody went to assist them. This Denny’s customer service is on the ground. to the owners of this Franchise RREMC LLC you better do something fast or close this joint. This is my last time that I will visit a Denny’s after this miserable experience. Go somewhere else and they will appreciate your business. Also when it was time to pay I have to wait too and I have to call the waitress to pay because there was nobody at the register and there was receipts all over the place this is unacceptable. You will see the pics. I am not lying folks. And about 20 minutes after I left , I have to go to the restroom because my stomach felt sick no joke. This is serious.

Model Dennys!!! Excellent food and service. Very clean and peaceful place to eat anytime. Staff are incredibly fantastic and entertaining. Always know exactly what you are getting and they will flawlessly modify your order as needed to fulfill your greatest satisfaction.

Only one chef today . We didn’t mind the wait but it was not good. Hash browns were greasy and burnt. The eggs were half raw but the pancakes were delicious even though they had burnt fragrants from other food.

Quick to be seated, surprised for a Saturday morning and parking lot full. Food was delicious. My son got way more hashbrowns than I did, maybe there’s some way to moderate the amount of potatoes per plate. Our server was everywhere, not his fault, he was doing his job, but he rarely made eye contact with my table. So it was hard to get things when needed and leave when wanting to. Regardless of the negatives, overall it was a pleasant experience, great food, and I would definitely return.

You should be open on the hours that you list. Came in at 5AM to get breakfast before work bc everyone knows dennys is always open right? All lights off, store closed with a sleeping homeless man at the door and a sign that says 24 hours

This was the worst Dennys I have ever been to. Start with the frigid temperature inside. Next the humidity inside was horrible. Humidity was so bad that both the salt & pepper were unusable because they were solid clumps. My wife ordered orange juice. The orange juice was so watered down that it was unfit for consumption. Complained to the waitress that informed us the juice machine had been broken for at least 3 days. If it’s broken, why is juice being served ? I think they were trying to pinch pennies because they continued to serve juice ! The food took over 30 minutes to be brought to our table and it wasn’t very busy . The food wasn’t appealing to the eye nor did it taste good. Over medium eggs were over easy. Requested crispy hashbrowns and got soggy hashbrowns and all the meats were cold. Most of the tables had dirty dishes on them too ! Oh yeah, the manager denied that the juice machine was broken. Seems to to me like the franchise owner is very cheap and trying to cut corners instead of fixing the problems. Come-on RREMC LLC get your act together or it won’t be long before your out of business !!! I will avoid your location in Sun City too.

Well the cooks forgot half our food , me and my wife were sick all night , we figure it was the eggs , it’s the only thing our daughter didnt get that we ate , hash browns were half done , the half that was done was hard, , I could go on but enough is said , but word was they was all hunger over from new years eve , now our waitress was Amazing and got a 25 percent cash tip
