Don’t know what the problem is, I sat in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes with no one taking my order. There were multiple cars in front of me so I don’t why they could take their order but not mine. The food is good the other times I’ve came though.

Came by late last night and got 2 of the wicked wing combos. I would just like to thank the late night crew for a wonderful job they did at preparing fresh hot food. And doing a heck of a job keeping up. Usually I have to give specific details in drive thrus. I forgot last night to tell them fresh fries etc… Got home and the meal was awesome and delicious. Even got extra wings because it was closing time. Thank you

Blessed
The food was not good. I’ve definitely had better Golden Chick. Fries were hard has a rock, dirty rice was full of pepper, chicken too hard and the fish had no flavor. Never again.

Was in there today 3/16/23 between 4:45 and 5:10 pm. Ordered 10 thighs and legs. Nice lady who took my order said they just dropped them and it will take 20 minutes. While I waited, I noticed how clean the place was, and how attentive the staff was to customers. Everyone was busy and courteous. While I was waiting, a very nice young man asked me had I ordered, I told him I was waiting for my order. Even though he was about to go on break, he walked back to the kitchen to check on my order. At that point, another worker walked out with my order, exactly 20 minutes after I placed it, like the nice lady said. Chicken was great. My first visit here, I will definately return and tell my family and friends about how nice the staff is and how good the food is.

I gave 3 stars because the wicked wings were nice, hot, and crisp, but the wicked wing spice thrown on seemed too salty. Also, my jalepeno pepper was misding the stem and top part, hollowed out, and was NOT GOOD. Sweet tea on point and customer service was ok. The roll was huge and tasty but appeared to have been in hot spot of oven.

We tried this place as we couldn’t find KFC nor Popeyes nearby and since then we’ve been hooked! The drive thru is a hit or miss – at times we’d get someone who sounds like she doesn’t even want to be there and other times we get a superb employee like Triniti who is a prime example of how it should be done in a drive thru. We dined in once for lunch and the tables were dirty and the floor was slippery, so we stick to take out after that.
