Takes a lot for me to leave a review, good or bad. I ordered my food and got it within 2 minutes. I thought, “Wow, that was quick.” Yep. Too quick. All the food was cold. Literally all of it. Not just lukewarm. Like slightly cooler than room temperature. Like they had let it sit too close to a refrigerator. Lobby was super messy. The “cinnamon twists” things they gave me were plain. No cinnamon sugar at all. Would only be worse if they forgot to put meat in my tacos or something.

We’re up to this place how to use the restroom my 6 year old grandson and I had to ask for them to open it and they told me know and they told me to use the kiosk and it’s like you know what I’m not going to order food here if my grandson can’t even use the bathroom we went outside and my grandson had to pee in their parking lot this place is terrible if it was up to me everyone in that store would be fired right now

I ordered two crunch wrap supremes from the cravings box and they are supposed to come with meat. Both of the ones I ordered did not have it. I also had a special supreme one with rice and seasoned fries and it did not have either. The Cinnabon iced coffee was straight up left over and watered down. Very disappointed with Taco Bell since I have been ordering for a long time with them.
