Food is so good. I love the chicken katsu curry. My kids love their pho, they shared as the portion is quite big. My wife got the grilled pork and she loves it as well. I think we found our spot whenever we have to travel to TN.

Richmond has never really had a place that had good Pho and Banh Mi Sandwiches. This is really the first one. I have been to a lot of Pho restaurants in my travels… normally, if it’s a legit location, you can get beef tongue, tripe, and other things that are more traditional.

Brady’s Noodle Shack is an excellent place to grab some traditional Japanese/Vietnamese dishes such as Pho, Katsu Curry, and Banh Mi. Customer service is excellent and food is made fresh on order. Food is guaranteed to come out quickly and fresh every time. The Katsu Curry is my personal favorite, with a crispy, juicy texture, served alongside flavorful and not too spicy curry, and a heaping helping of white rice. You will not regret taking some time out of your day to go eat at this excellent place.

I only got the ban mi (Vietnamese sandwich). It was fine: not exactly authentic but pretty close (mayo isn’t traditional). The price is a bit much ($10) for just a sandwich. Service was absolutely great, though, and the place has a very welcoming feel. I will come back to try the pho and com tam.

Delicious, well prepared food. I wish there were one in my hometown! On my way back home to Ohio from Florida, I wanted something to eat that was light, clean, healthy and flavorful. I found Asian Fusion on Google Maps and decided to give it a go. This was my first time eating Pho and Vietnamese Vegetable Rolls. Wow! Amazing, so very good with a very charming dining area.

We were looking for a place to eat right off the interstate and happened to arrive at this place right before they closed. The woman told us they were only doing take-out orders for the rest of the night, but when she learned we were traveling she allowed us to dine-in even after the restaurant was closed! The food was incredible and flavorful (our favorite was the potstickers and dumpling sauce) and the service was beyond every expectation!! I would absolutely recommend stopping by this restaurant!
