My son & I stopped by Rick’s Deli for lunch on Monday. I hadn’t been there in years but remembered the food was great. It was even better than I remembered! My son loved his sandwich & brownie. Clean restaurant open for dine in which was nice, and super friendly staff! Definitely will be back soon!

First of all, they made fresh brownies this morning so naturally I ordered one (3). Quite literally one of the best brownies I’ve had and it melts in your mouth. Second, as usual, the sandwich is incredible. Third, the cherry topper, they always have fantastic customer service!

Great food, however customer service is lacking. Ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 cookies, and 2 brownies. 1 of the sandwiches was made completely wrong, didn’t get brownies instead got 2 bags of chips that were smashed. Called restaurant to inform, no one ever answers the phones. I understand you get what you pay for. $70 for 4 sandwiches, and few sweets. One would think they could afford to pay an employee to return calls or answer the the phone.
