They prefer doing all the online and drive through orders first before handling all the customers inside. They were unable to do a coffee order that we wanted or did not understand what we were asking for on the coffee order. They did not mix the other coffee order properly as well as giving us a wrong ice tea order. The bagel mini bites were still frozen as well. This place has been like this on and off for the last couple years with there service like this. Took over 20mins to get this order. Not coming back again.

Imagine walking in with no customers insight, making eye contact with the kid on the headset then proceeding to stand there for a couple minutes with no acknowledgement whatsoever. Not a nod or anything, at one point even going to talk to another employee that also didn’t acknowledge us. Avoid this Dunkin and go to the next 1.

We were rushed through the drive through, the lady having an attitude saying that “we are on a timer so we need to order”. If you don’t have patience or cannot be kind, then find another job. This in addition to the food being thrown together and our bags being shoved to us at the window. I’ve never had such horrible service.

Be aware of this location? I ordered a dozen doughnuts, the outside of the entire box had chocolate fingerprints on it. I called in, just to inform the manager to talk to the employees about it, she was very rude, said it was a humidity issue (that’s why the white box had chocolate fingerprints on it) ♀️ Makes no since, then she hung up on me. I would never leave this review if she didn’t hang up, all I wanted to do was inform the manager to talk to employees and make sure they take OFF the gloves after packing the doughnuts. Very rude she of her she needed to hear me out and talk to employees …. I was only trying to be helpful and help the Ooltewah location grow. I guess she didn’t care about my input and hung up. This is why I’m leaving the review.

I am a regular at this location and this morning my order was wrong, once again, the girl at the window just looked at me and took my drink back and tried to fix it and handed it back to me. I went in the store and asked for a new one to be made because I don’t know if they did something to it, I don’t trust the girl at the drive thru window being she has messed up order multiple times before. Well the manager or whoever the older lady was was talking about me in front of me because I stated that how do I know that you wouldn’t spit in my drink or something and she just kept going about it in front of me. Instead she should have said….I apologize your order is not what you expected I will make you a new drink….but no she didn’t do that, just kept on with insulting me over and over and not once has she apologized. It gets extremely frustrating when your order is wrong more than it is right and then the one time I ask to get my drink remade I get insulted to the point it made me feel like my opinion didn’t matter and that I didn’t matter as a customer who is there almost every single day. I feel extremely insulted that the manager would sit there and talk about me in front of me and being extremely rude and not even have an apology.

This morning I ordered my coffee and the new Avacado toast. I opened the toast when it was presented to me at the window. It was not made correctly. I sat at the window for 2 to 3 minutes waiting for someone to come back. When the young lady opened the window I attempted to hand her the box back she said I can’t take that. I opened the box and said this isn’t right. She closed the window and proceeded to talk to the other young ladies in the store. At this time a girl with a blue shirt came to the window and said oh she made the toast “Special” I said I don’t want it special I want it right she said don’t get hateful with me . I said can you just make the toast right, she then AGAIN SAID Don’t get hateful with me. I said make it right I need to be at work on time. SHE SLAMS THE WINDOW SHUT AND EVENTUALLY THE TOAST APPEARED RIGHT. I am at DD every morning I expect what I order to be correct and when it isn’t, I expect it to be made right with Respect. Maybe that is something the younger generation has forgotten. I wasn’t in the wrong the product wasn’t made right but I was the bad person .

I went through the drive thru this morning per usual to get my coffee and food. My coffee is pretty simple (6 cream 6 sugars) and because this happens occasionally I tried it before leaving and it had no sugar in it what do ever. It’s not that hard. They have a sugar machine that does it for them. And if I wanted a bunch of sugar packets to add it myself I would order it that way.
