Heads up this dominos is in a Walmart, it’s at the front right side of the store so it’s easy to get to. Used a coupon to get an $11 large pizza, and it was great. Took 12-15 min to make, was ready on time and hot. The staff seemed friendly. Was surprised by the other bad reviews, but I ordered during a slow time, so maybe that helped.

Customer service is pretty non existent at this dominos . I’ve had a few issues with it taking over an hour, getting messages it was delivered and 20 mins later it’s still not delivered . Employees laughing about it and sometimes my pizza is delivered looking like this lol but atleast it was hot ♀️ ♀️

The staff were rude, we ordered a hand tossed pizza but we got a thin crust pizza, we ordered two medium pizzas but at first the employee handed me one small pizza then I have to explain her what I actually ordered then she got me one hand tossed medium pizza and one thin crust medium pizza, the quality of the pizza is decreasing and prices are increasing and they reduced the size of stuffed cheesy bread! I never expected this service and quality and quantity from dominos! I’m highly disappointed!

Never had a single problem here. Quick and polite service the moment you walk in. Clean and professional. Pizza is always good. We use this location now instead of downtown Wake Forest joint. GM here is very nice lady. Recommended.

Customer service is non-existent. My delivery updated to “delivered” on the tracker, but we hadn’t received anything. When attempting to call this location (for over 20 minutes) they would either not answer the phone, or pick it up and set it to the side. So I went to the location. I asked for the manager and the cashier claimed he was the manager. Upon expressing my displeasure that I had to travel to the location, because they refused to answer the phone, I was cut off and rudely told that the internal store activities/customers are more important. That is literally what he told me. Apparently he missed the customer service portion of training. The order was remade because the driver acknowledged that he delivered to the wrong address. But the so-called manager never offered an apology or future discount for my inconvenience.

The worst. Every time I have placed an order with any delivery service, they have found our location perfectly. I have no clue how in the world this dominoes spent almost half an hour trying to find our location. It was so easy. I even listed the instructions on the order. By the time, he found it.. I hardly even wanted my food. I started to ask for a refund, but I’d rather not have anything else to do with them. Definitely the first and last time I order food from here. (Btw, I didn’t even know my order went to this location.) Otherwise.. I would’ve completely avoided it.
