Put in an order for delivery and I didn’t get my daughter’s meal. I called to let them know and the guy argued with me, basically calling me a liar. You can clearly see that there wouldn’t be room for anything else in this bag. He gave me a different number to call so “they could deal with me”. I called and it turned out to be their Pepsi vendor! I googled their customer service number & talked to a gal there. She seemed to care & refunded a portion of my order. Soon after, a man who claimed to be the manager called me with what’s turned out to be an empty apology. He offered to send meal vouchers for all the trouble I dealt; I told him I’d really appreciate that. That was literally a ago today. NOTHING. You’ll get the same subpar “Chinese” food at any panda. Don’t waste your time or money here if you can help it, it’s just not worth the hassle!

Great food, exceptional service. This is my new favorite eat out place. Easy to stop in and pick up some tasty food that I can enjoy for days. I’m a bachelor so cooking for myself is not fun. Panda Express makes eating out, Fun!! Clean, comfortable restaurant, clean bathrooms, friendly service and hardly ever a line! I will definitely be back for more tasty entree’s!

I just moved into the neighborhood and wanted some quick food for the night and decided to head to panda, had to wait 20 minutes for our food which was more than fine however I got home and my food wasn’t cooked properly or over cooked. My green beans were rock solid as if they hadn’t been cooked, my chow mein looks like it was burnt and my honey walnut shrimp was dry and just plain disgusting. I’m not one to leave reviews however I was really disappointed with how the food turned out. Would also like to add that the food was extremely oily and left oil on my pants/hands and table

This place has gone downhill fast! I’ve been coming to this location for over 10 years and now the service and food is horrible. Portion sizes are a lot smaller and they always forget to give me something. I’m done, do better!

Extremely poor experience. Went to Panda Express and they were closing in about an hour. The employees were already tearing down the line and mopping and cleaning they ignored us when we first came in for about 10 minutes and we were starving we had just been on the road for 9 hours. Then the girl who served us touched the mop bucket and proceeded to cash us out and touch our food without washing her hands or putting gloves on. Worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had and the food wasn’t even on the warmers correctly and there was no one in line when we got there and they were just ignoring customers there was a line almost out the door when we left.

I have gotten food from many different pandas around the valley. This one is the worst and thats sad because it’s the closest to my home. EVERY TIME I come to this panda no matter what time I always have to wait for something. This time it was the chow main. I was told it would be a 5-7min wait. 22mins later I’m still sitting here waiting to get my food to take home to my family. Not one employee is moving with any sense of urgency…. this place is a constant disappointment I the quality of service compared to any other panda in the area.
