And they have the audacity to ask for a tip BEFORE you even place the order. Apparently Blaze Pizza has zero quality control. They weren’t even that busy. Check your boxes before leaving this place, or better yet don’t bother with them at all in the first place.

Technically it doesn’t deserve a star. Staff is not friendly, outside sitting is ridiculous dirty, lettuce some are already turning black, white sauce mix with some red, cheese all over the counter and what’s worst is my pizza, the dough was not cooked all the way!!!

Was hot and muggy inside. I told the worker, he said it’s the oven doing it. Employee was pretty indifferent to how uncomfortable it is for customers. It’s most definitely not from the oven. Takes away your appetite.

The manager and some employees have negative attitudes. The doors and windows were fiflty and Inside needs to be clean too. The soda or ice taste slimy. The one positive things the pizza was good.

2 months ago, had a bad experience at the AV Mall location. Bad service, bad attitudes, seemingly no management. Left a 2-star review that got a response. I hoped for improvement but nothing has changed. Waited for about 10 minutes today before walking out. Line was wrapped around past the front door. I think one person was helped in that time. One employee pulling pizzas and one other was taking orders in between trips to the back. Service and hustle used to be top quality at this location. Where is the management? A longer than typical wait is understandable when short staffed (they are hiring) but if the employees are dragging their feet, and there doesn’t seem to be any management of those employees, its a bigger problem.
