Outstanding local new business!!! This Cafe has only been open a couple months and are a welcome addition to the community! Food is amazing and different from other restaurants in the area. Super atmosphere and friendly staff. You can tell everyone is working hard and trying to do their best to satisfy their customers!! Will be back time and again!!

We were on our way through town and stopped for a little lunch and our food was great! My husband wanted another breakfast so he ordered Pancakes and they were very good. I ordered a cup of Chicken Rice Soup and it was so delicious! The chunks of white meat were perfect and there were plenty of them. I loved it! A bowl would have been even better, but I thought that I wasn’t that hungry, so next time I will get it! Everyone was very friendly and although our waitress was fairly new, she did a great job. The other gals that checked us out were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. Huron Street Cafe deserves five stars!

I’ve been to Huron Street Cafe a few times now and it has been fantastic every time! They are a newer, family restaurant and Lexington is lucky to have them! It’s such a cozy atmosphere with such a great menu. 10/10 would recommend!

We were joyfully greeted, service was speedy and efficient, and the food was great! The atmosphere is quaint, elegant, and like home all at the same time! We had pleasant conversation with our hostess and server as well. I personally loved the coffee cups and dishes! We will be back! The perfect spot for breakfast after watching the sunrise !

Very basic breakfast and below average version of it. EVERYTHING was undercooked – the potatoes, sausage, ham on the Benedict – all were nearly steamed – not browned. Even the over hard eggs came out over easy. Toast was delivered once breakfast was nearly finished. Any single person reading this could turn out a better breakfast themselves at home. Do better, Lexington

Overall we had a lovely experience at this new restaurant. We’ve been coming to Lexington for years and always commented on how there were no breakfast options. The location is great and the restaurant felt clean and new. Food was delicious and affordable. Our only observation was that the timeliness of our service was not very fast even though it was not busy. Which makes sense because it is a new restaurant and they are still working things out. Otherwise, we will likely be back to try other menu items.

On Saturday July 1, at about 9:30, we arrived for breakfast at the Huron Street Cafe. We had eager expectations of it being an enjoyable experience. We were severely disappointed, as we left an HOUR later. We were initially seated at the same time as another couple. Both of us watched as over a half dozen other tables ordered, received their food and paid. WE had to stop a wait staff person to complain about our order and were told an excuse that our food was given to someone else. Then we were told our food we be rushed, and it arrived 2 minutes later. It came with the wrong toast, but by that time it was all over. Won’t be returning, unless we garner the same type of preferred local status as two tables that came in after we received, when their order, prompt follow up and food arrival all occurred in an expected time frame. If anyone talks about a trip to Lexington and recommends a place to eat, we will tell them to stay FAR away from here. A horrible review is not what I like to write, but after trying to cool down after several days, the experience still grates at me. The worst service I have had in a very long time.

The food was good and the service was good. Our party of 6 came in around 1130 and it was slow. We were seated immediately and our waitress was attentive. My wrap was good but nothing to write home about. However my friends dishes looked amazing and they said they tasted amazing too. The Mac n cheese dish with chicken looked so amazing I will be trying it next time.

I rarely leave a critical review, but our experience was not great.

Absolutely love this place, such a great addition to Lexington. I have been here a few times and love that there is a great place for breakfast as well as lunch and dinner. Everything is fresh, service is great and the owners are great too! A few of my favorites are the Harbor Chicken Club, Tater Totchos and the Harbor Salad which is a Maurice salad with homemade dressing. Definitely recommend, I will be back for sure!
