Literally sitting outside after ordering some sides. It’s 840pm and the staff locks the doors from entering. My son needed to use the restroom and we were not able to get in to use the restroom. The open neon sign is still on, the hours on the door shows open till 10pm. Checked with Google to make sure I’m not missing anything. It says the same thing. Does not say on either doors that they have specific dine in hours. Some gentleman sitting down in the booth just watching us trying to open the doors to get in to use the restroom (after all we did just pay to get their food). People are pulling up to get in to order food and were just as confused as we were. However drive thru was still operational. They did not bother to let us know they were closing early, or had a meeting, or whatever the case may be. Super disappointed.

When we walked in, the staff was welcoming, the facility looked and smelled clean. I noticed the manager he was really managing. Our cashier was pleasant. When we got ready to leave, the manager came and thanked us for coming. He made us feel welcomed and important. Then to top it off, the Wicked Wings were very, very good. I do want to add that we drive pass a Golden Chick to get to this one for the very reasons I listed.

Went to this location at 9:34pm on a Monday. Sign and online say they close at 10pm . While the employees were in the kitchen relaxing not busy. Not doing anything. Not even cleaning. Crazy how these places are pretty much run by the employees. No management at all!!!!!

I would give negative stars if I could. This is by far the worst business ever!!! Workers are rude and manager is worst! Don’t care about their mistakes orders are constantly incorrect. They will knowingly short you food that you paid for. I had order mashed potatoes with my meal and got home didn’t have it. I called back and was told oh we’re out of them??? Wow so you just short me and don’t say anything???? Honestly you should just close the doors if you can’t hire more professional workers and managers. I heard a manager tell a customer they shouldn’t interact with her employees……wth??? But you applied for a job in the service industry……. sounds like the people who work at this location do not understand their job description.

They got my food order semi correct at least. Asked for honey mustard and bbq sauce and extra. I got 1 bbq, 1 honey mustard, one plastic ramekin of house sauce and a sweet sour sauce…. Can’t make this up.

This morning I saw a great commercial on how good Golden Chick catfish is so I was going to try it today for lunch pulled up they don’t have any catfish they only cook it to order so I had to 15 minute wait to get catfish so I didn’t need here that’s why it’s got a bad review you may want to call ahead to get catfish
