I loooove the food. Everyone who works there is nice and attentive. Their flan is literally the best I ever had! They have great prices for such good quality and quantity. The atmosphere is very comfortable and easy going. It’s great for lunch.

This place started out great. Unfortunately it has steadily gone downhill with every subsequent visit. Today was our last visit. I refuse to go back. The prices have gone up, which I can understand. No argument there. But when the prices go up AND the portion sizes go way down, it’s a bad combo. The economy is hard for everybody right now…so if I can’t get good value for what I’m paying, I’ll go elsewhere. Especially since good Mexican restaurants are more common than Dollar Generals now. They absolutely CANNOT get your order right, especially for takeout. Repeat it 6 times and have them repeat it back to you? Doesn’t matter. You wanted fajitas? You get an empty taco shell and some salsa. $60 please. A terrible shame since Oglethorpe is short on decent restaurants, but NEVER AGAIN.

People are having the audacity that the prices went up. Have yall been to the Mexican restaurants in Athens? because the prices are due to inflation. Their prices are reasonable. This restaurant is one the best Mexican restaurants I ever been to. Their carnitas tacos are my favorite in the menu. Also would like to add you can tell the cook add flavors in EVERYTHING.

This restaurant serves very good, authentic Mexican fair. They seem to be locally owned and operated. They serve freshly made salsa and chips to start. We ordered the mushroom quesadilla which was very flavorful. Beef taco and enchilada with rice and beans which was good. We also ordered the Texas Nachos which had steak, chicken, and shrimp. We requested them over French fries instead of tortilla chips. This was also good.

We ordered from this place today. Never again. The guacamole was not edible. The shrimp queso was extra small and cheese was non existent. A burrito order was something completely different. The previous owners made good Mexican food. This place sucks!

The food today was good. We dined in shortly after 5pm, as al ways was satisfied with the food but I would give the service less than one star if I could. The young lady who “waited” on us did not once check and see if we needed anything, a drink refill… nothing.After our food was served we were completely ignored. Sat there 20 minutes after finishing our meal, ended up having to hunt someone down for our bill. And no, it was not busy.
