The worst dunkin donuts ever. I wish I could call the regional manager. I was just harassed by an employee. I’ve lived near this dunkin for 4 years now and it is convenient for my drive to work. I always say I will never go back but because it’s so convenient I always do. Almost EVERY time I go there there is either something wrong with my order OR employees or management is screaming at one another. If I could give negative stars I would. I’m in HR and I would never hire any of these employees.

I have never ordered a blended coffee drink and had it given to me with out actually being blended all the way and in a cup with a sippy lid. It took them 15 minutes to give us 2 coffees, 2 donuts and a gift card, messed up both coffees, they had to double check with us which donuts we ordered at the window, this visit was bs.

Ordered a 32 ounce latte without ice. When I received the drink it was not the full 32 ounces of liquid. I was told that the only way I would receive a full cup was to add ice. Ice is free I shouldn’t have to add ice to receive a full cup. Other Dunkins glad give you what you pay for without the ice. Plus the drive through workers are very rude.

Dumped a Boston creme donut upside down in the bag so all the chocolate stuck to the bag. Did the same thing to my friend’s b.c. donut and dumped 4 sugars into her coffee instead of cream. What is wrong with your employees?

Convenient location right off the US 19 exit on 49th St. Unfortunately I’ve been here at least 7 times for coffee and a snack and they haven’t cooked a single item correctly. The bagels I’ve ordered felt like they were quickly microwaved instead of toasted. The attached photo is supposed to be a cheese melt, but not a single piece of this melt is melted or in fact warm.

Worst DD ever. Came in with my son. Stood patiently for 5 minutes with 5 employees not acknowledging us. Communication was poor between manager, staff and evidently customers. Staff was not helpful; when asked who was going to take our order, staff (drive thru gal) was extremely rude giving us attitude. If all of you aren’t happy in your job, why are you there?! To top that off, 4 simple glazed donuts, one should’ve been chocolate glaze ended up being a sprinkled chocolate glaze! *SMDH*
