Unfortunately, Sandra takes phone orders here but is missing basic customer service skills. Her biggest flaw is she’s in such a hurry to get you off the phone she doesn’t remember small details that are so important to keeping customers coming back.

Sadly this appears to be another local restaurant that has changed hands and the quality of food has gone down hill. I used to get a killer steak and cheese sub here. Today’s was lacking meat and flavor. I hope the wings are not the same way.

I Visited this place for the first time today. I orderd the wings, which were probably the 2nd best that I’ve ever had! They were nice and lightly crispy, but super tender underneath. The chicken came right off of the bone. The staff.had prepped several entrees for the purpose of photographing them to post on their website, and since we were there during a slow time and thus, the only people there at there, the waitress (I forgot her name) gave us some of the extra entrees on the house. I highly recommend Joe’s based on this first visit. Great food and hospitality.

Joes pizzeria has downgraded with their chicken tenders, last time I had their tenders it definitely did not taste like McDonald’s chicken nuggets. You know that fake chicken kind of taste, i don’t know how to explain it all I know is these tenders are NOT the same Joes Pizzeria used to serve. I’m really devastated. Second when I placed my order on the phone I said I wanted my pizza well done not my fries. Fries were cold and hard, can’t even finish them, & my daughter could not eat them because of how cold and hard they were. Only food item we can actually enjoy & eat is the pizza. The rest is garbage. $12 with of food in the trash.

It must be cold out because even the meatballs are shrinking! Traditional subshops put 4-5 large meatballs in a sub.in the past joes was the standard. Today I have never seen such tiny meatballs in a sub such a shame. They have sacrificed quality for larger profits.

We ordered pizza, sub sandwiches, fries and it took over an hour and a half to be delivered. We called 1 hour after placing our order to check on status. We’re told order had left already and should be there in 10 minutes. Called back a half hour later and was told it should be there shortly. Food came cold and with no apologies from driver. Will never order from here again.
