I ordered nachos and a drink at the kiosk in the store. The food was decent, but it took forever to get my food. I was the only customer in the dining room, but the drive-thru customers seemed to take priority. It was a bit disappointing, especially as three of the workers were standing around joking behind the counter.

I spent so much time in the drive through that by the time i was on the road i couldve gone through tsa 5 times, cut my grass 3 times & could have gotten a full head of highlights. My mileage went down 15 miles too just sitting in the drive through but i can never skip a taco tuesday, i didnt get a sorry either. Yall had a lot of workers too, or else i wouldnt complain. Food was goodie though.

I ordered three items with steak, they charged me for that upgrade and then told me they ran out so I’d have to do with chicken or ground beef. I was fine with that. Then when they gave me my receipt I saw that they still charged me for the steak I didn’t receive. So I asked for a refund. I got the refund. I opened the bag and my grilled cheese burrito was only half of a burrito. It looked like they cut it in half and the end was spilling out everywhere! And the soft taco meat was freezing cold. It wasn’t that it had cooled down, it actually felt like it came straight out of the fridge. I’ve had previous bad experiences at this location but this is the one that finally prompted me to leave a review.

Maybe just an off night. My order wasn’t to complicated, seemed to have some confusion. I now know that they are not capable of making a double decker taco, cuz its ” not in stock”. perhaps the frustration was to much. My food arrived in less than the usual fashion. The building is brand new and still under construction. Hopefully they will reopen for inside dining soon and everyone will have more days with less road bumps.

The one tacobell I always try to avoid. Alwayd forget items in your order, always seems dirty and workers just seem like they could care less on being there. With some of the new taco bells being built you’d think this one would get their stuff together.

I took a picture to illustrate the problem with the service. I ordered a bacon crunchwrap, they gave me sausage. This is the second time they got my order wrong in the last 4 visits and both times, there were only 2 items. I love the food, but the service is terrible. I wish there was a different Taco Bell I could go to for breakfast on my way to work.

TERRIBLE service. Gave me the wrong food 3 times in a row! I got a steak quesarito: supposed to have rice, steak, cheese, and sour cream wrapped in a soft shell taco that is grilled. It came with a soft shell taco with cheese and rice. Ive ordered this 3 different times and Everytime they give me the wrong order, or they badly mess it up.
