Dirty, smelly, and I waited 15 minutes in the drive through. A voice finally sounded on the speaker. It directed me to go to the 2nd window. The attendant at the 2nd widow told me he just got off his brake – so they obviously don’t prioritize the customer. I was so frustrated, I asked him, “Where is the Chick-fil-A?” …he actually told me, then I thanked him, and drove through the BK without ordering. Burger King seems to be hiring really lazy employees who expect customers to wait 15 minutes to order.

Pulled up to the drive thru @ 10pm behind 3 cars and the wait began. All 3 cars waiting for several minutes to make an order but no one was there to take the order. Each one left without placing an order . When I pulled up I could see employees inside and the flame grill fire was burning. A woman finally came out the bathroom after 30 minute wait and said she was in there sick. It was terrible service that the other employees did not come to the window to assist any of the 3 cars that drove thru and left without ordering !

It seems that you don’t make what used to be the #2 double whopper anymore. Now its called the Texas double with jalapenos. When the #1 star outways the #5 star it is a problem!!! I went to get a regular order mix and match, a fry paid got home I added extra lettuce and tomatoes because they never give you any. got home and didn’t have any anyway after I paid for them took the sandwiches back? No problem Right¿ Wrong!! store manager(same mgr) on duty at 310pm indicated somehow that even though I presented her with the Burger King transaction receipt , cashier confirmed order. But because I was missing my little food receipt that I somehow stole the food , or must have bought it at another Burger King and -or wanted to Swindle her out of EBT food. For 1 minute and even though it was warm still to the touch on some level ! Really! She got on the phone to see if she could refund complaining about my green an white missing receipt in Spanish ( like everyone don’t know some Spanish Dah!) Even though I’m wearing the leg circulation is on my leg after just having surgery 3 days ago k, I had to walk to the end of the parking lot to my car to check for the receipt again because without that receipt she would not process my refund!!!¡ Do not eat at Store# 2223 also because I’m a woman of my word here’s your copy of that receipt I said I would post Your mgr sooo welcome also before all the distraction I was going to tell you that half your new tables in the lobby were Dirty and there was more enough time for someone to go out there and wipe them down!!

I went to this Burger King recently a couple of days ago and unbelievable the courtesy extended and my order was unbelievable FRESH and timely Fries were Hot & Fresh & Crispy my Burger was surprisingly well done and all ingredients were FRESH Lettuce, Tomato Cheese & condiments. BRAVO. I enjoyed that meal. Thats how all Burger King’s should serve their Customers. Thanks for GREAT Service Experience.
