Went there to eat. Food was alright but service was not. And while we were there eating they was playing there own music which was uncalled for it was foul language and vulgar also watched one of the workers take food to a car in the parking lot and took his gloves off and throw them on the ground in parking lot

The workers hate customers to the point they just ignore you in hopes that you go away. This time, the employees just sat in the dining room and didn’t take drive thru orders. Last time they ignored me in the lobby until I basically yelled at them and then did the same thing to the next customer. It has been this way for a long time and I am convinced management isn’t interested in fixing things so I won’t be going to this location again.

Surprisingly, this was the best chicken place in Aiken of the chain chicken places. They were quick and had the items my wife wanted. She loves dark meat and the other chicken places have been out of it, so I was glad they had it. It’s a small store and it was clean. She said the sweet tea was strong tea and sweet. I got her biscuit and it was delicious. The employees were nice.

My husband and I went through the drive-thru, we went to pay and was met with a polite lady who asked us how we were doing and said thank you. We had to wait for two sandwiches and the lady who came to give them to us was singing and very polite and very friendly. The manager needs to know the crew working on the schedule on July 27th at 12:00 was great. Our sandwiches were hot and yummy as well. Good job!
