Stopped by this location for a cup of coffee and donut. Walked into an empty shop with 4 people working, 3 at the drive through and 1 in the back. Waited at least 10 minutes to be acknowledged by anyone in the store even though we were literally on the other side of the counter from 3 of them. After finally being acknowledged, was instructed to go to a different register to order. Guy who waited on us was pleasant but still didn’t get at how irritated we were for waiting so long. Then after taking our simple order, he gives us our food and says coffee will be right up. I was expecting another employee to get the coffee as he waited on the next customer. After waiting on the second customer, he walks over to where we were originally, grabs 2 to go cups, talks to the other employees another 5 mins, then comes back over to the register area and pours our coffee. All in all a half hour to get waited on. Donut was stale to boot…don’t waste your time or go through the drive thru as that is all the staff seems to care about

We arrived around 9pm. The inside was clean. The donuts were surprisingly fresh considering it was late at night. The host gave us an extra donut because it was late at night … so awesome of them. The munchkins we ordered were also super fresh through to the next morning. Munchkins at other dunkin donuts are usually stale this late at night. We also ordered a coffee and an oreo hot chocolate. Good stuff!

Let me just say food was made well and service was fine. The guy making the drinks today was very nice and made them in a timely manner. The problem is that the manager in the back was very rude to that associate while he was making our drinks, reprimanding him in front of customers which as a manager you should not do. I have been a manager for 4 years and that’s the first thing they teach you is 1 on 1 coaching. Yet she was very rude and snarky due to his speed of making drinks, which was getting done in a timely manner. I did not get her name but she was the African American working the sandwiches. I did not get the guys name but he has a light beard and was working drinks 9am 10/10. He was fantastic. She needs to be retrained on how to coach associates and to not yell at them in front of customers

Use to be good , has gone downhill. Food is taste nasty. Never have any donuts. Coffee is almost always burnt. Services is good just product/goods is terrible. Prices are higher than other Dunkin’ Donuts around and yet it’s the worst.

Myself being a truck driver. My 1st experience and only experience with this place was this morning. 8/30/21. At 6am I walked over to this store for a coffee and sandwich. The doors were still locked. The Indian woman looked at me 3 times and ignored me. She never gestured she is about to open or not opening.
