We stopped here for dinner on a Saturday night and were spoiled with an amazingly delicious meal, ribeye and prime rib. It was later in the night and they had been busy so the staff was hustling around and we were still taken care of. Bring a sweater, many people commented on the temperature and one male staffer was not very compassionate to those who vocalized and made a vulgar comment about theaters being cold… this talk should be left in the back of the house. We will happily visit this establishment again and would recommend it anyone that is looking for a great piece of beef in a very nice community.

My patty melt was absolutely disgusting.. the bread was hard and my burger was cold.. they did make me a fresh one and it was good. But the fact they needed to make me a new one was kinda ridiculous since I waited forever for the first one

We just ate at the Golden Pheasant tonight and it was spectacular! Everything was delicious from the salad bar to the appetizers to the main meal. Portions are large and well prepared. My prime rib was huge and I ordered the medium. The service was excellent with very attentive waitresses. I highly recommend the Pheasant! This is now my favorite place to eat!

We are so impressed with the food and friendly service at the Golden Pheasant. This restaurant has the best steaks ever and we’ve had steaks at Christi’s and Maxim’s. Even my husbands hamburger steak actually tastes like steak! The buffet on Wednesdays is wonderful and great for a larger gathering, families or events. Friendly professional staff rounds our a very nice dining experience. The best part for us is it’s in our beautiful little town!

My husband has the buffet and even as close as we were to closing time, hr said it was fresh and delicious. I had the salad bar and it had lots of choices. It was great until a large spider came crawling out of the ice! Then I lost my appetite.
