Arrived at 5:44pm on a Sunday, was told I needed to go into the lobby to pick up my online order. My order was not ready until 6:42pm.. I spent almost an hour waiting for food. The place was dirty, extremely understaffed, and overall a pretty mediocre atmosphere in there. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back to this specific T Bell.

Did anyone experience having grotesque hard shell tacos? It was hard to eat. It was the smell and the taste of something like old grease/stale, and it was bitter. I could not eat any of the shells at all anymore. I only noticed the smell after taking them out of the box and then unwrapping it. It was strong, so whoever made them definitely should have known they were bad. Horrible workers.

has to be the worst taco bell in the state. Dont think ive had an encounter yet where my full order has been correct. Tonight was the icing on the cake though. was missing 2 tacos, the items i did receive all were made incorrectly with sour cream so had to throw them all away. And was told i had to call the store back another day in order to get a refund for a coffee i paid for and that they couldnt exchange it for a soda or any other drink. A phone number mind you, that they never answer. by far my worst experience especially since the employee was very rude about the coffee situation. Dont see how this place is still in business given the customer service

Door was locked during normal operating hours when the dining room should have been open. Staff rudely ignored me. Horrible experience and would never recommend this location to anybody. Hopefully they find better management. One of the staff members cursed at me and threatened my safety

App showed location as open until midnight. Placed a mobile pick-up carry-out order on the app. It was automatically changed to drive-through with no way to cancel or refund. I am out the money and was unable to get my food, as we were out on the town without a vehicle so we could safely drink. I often have trouble with incorrectly posted hours at Taco Bell, particularly for the inside/lobby.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever seen, staff is incredibly rude, orders are almost always wrong. The reason I will never go here again ‘is when I seen a employee’s child running around in back while they were making food I dont even want to think of what else goes on there. Do yourself a favor and dont stop here.

I give zero stars. Closed lobby is constantly an issue. App let me order for pick up and was changed manually for drive thru. Shouldn’t have let me order if I couldn’t pick it up. Waste of time.
