I am sharing this review in hopes that the manager at the Little Elm Trail location in Cedar Park knows just how lucky his is for the 2 employees he had working tonight. I ordered a pizza tonight Tuesday Aug. 29, 2023, I went to go pick it up and there was 3 people in front of me and I overheard the young lady behind the counter apologizing to the guests in front of me because they were shorthanded. Shorthanded, it was just 2 employees holding down the fort, this young lady, and another gentleman. I did not get her name but she was amazing and not only should management be proud of her but she should be very proud of herself. She was waiting on customers and answering the phone and making pizza the while shouting out compliments to the gentleman that was working with her. Telling him that he was doing a great job and she appreciated him being there. These 2 kids ran that business like they owned it. Their commitment to getting everyone’s order out quite a sight to see. I will defiantly be calling to make sure someone saw this review. Tonight, the quality of the food has nothing to do with us returning to Marco’s it has to do with the quality of the employees that were working tonight. Thank-You, both.

Have tried to give this location my business in person multiple times. Today is the last sorry attempt. They never have more then 3 employees and the gentleman up front is clearly in over his head. I waited in front of him while he was on the phone with another customer for 15 mins. That customer was fed up with him as well as they were consistently bantering back and forth. Finally when I thought he was done he immediately answers another phone call instead of helping me. I just left and will go to Domino’s

Want to send a big shout out to Miss Karen. She’s a delivery driver for this location. She’s only delivered to my place twice but each time was lovely. She always repeats my order back to me (as I’m sure she does others). There’s something about Karen that I can’t quite figure out yet. But please be kind to her if she delivers your pizza. I can tell she’s trying her best to get by like the rest of us!

Just got back from picking up our order. Here is what a $6.99 “fresh cut” salad that is supposed to serve 2 with blue cheese dressing looks like. We have been loyal customers for years and this is ridiculous. No excuse for bad food.

Fifth time I’ve had to have my order re made . The pizza is usually undercooked , over sauced ,or They forgets drinks , dessert, add ons consistently . I do not recommend delivery ever ! Warning for pre tipping , ordered bbq chicken pizza this time no bbq drizzle and undercooked . So let down once again . I do not recommend this marcos in the slightest .
