I always get the short end of the stick at any of them. I just don’t understand when you order something without lettuce or cheese it should made the way you asked and paid for. Once again I don’t eat Lettuce .

Just another chic fill A. I have always been a fan of them when it comes to fast food. I love their spicy sandwich, and southwest salad, or morning biscuits. I love the way they manage their drive through crowd, especially since the pandemic time. This no contact drive through operation is the best in the us I guess. This location is just another usual chic fil A. However, they were pretty slow. I was visiting at a time after the usual peak dinner hours. So the crowd was far less. Still they took a long time to move. Well, I assume that’s a bad day. The food was usual. I was super hungry. So I ordered a southwest salad which was fresh and very filling. And a spicy sandwich, which was hot and exactly the way I love.

The worst one I’ve visited. 3 separate times I went to this one and no pickles on my sandwich. I’ve called no answer. They most definitely dropped the ball.and omg I don’t know what American cheese they are using now, but it’s horrible. No sauce was asked, when I ordered. I’ve never had this experience.last but not least sooo salty

I’ve had several less than pleasant experiences at this particular location. The staff is not friendly or polite, which normally does not bother me, but for a corporation that prides itself on its customer service, it does not hold that standard here. I’ve also either had my order wrong or never entered. Otherwise, the job gets done.

I mean what can I say, it’s Chick-fil-A! lol But seriously there was a LONG line like always, the staff was quick, friendly, and extremely nice! I placed my order got to the check out paid and received my order all in about 5 or so minutes even with the long line. The food was yummy BUT my one complaint is the fries had no salt.

It’s forgivable if I ask for no tomatoes and then add them anyway. At least I have the choice to take them off. But when I ask for EXTRA pickles and they give me NONE (even tho the sandwich comes with pickles anyway) it’s unacceptable. Pickles are my favorite part of Chick-fil-A sandwiches. My boyfriend also asked for the spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes and received only 2 tiny pickles, no lettuce or tomatoes. We also ordered 1 vanilla and chocolate swirl milkshake and they gave us and charged us for 2 separate milkshakes, one vanilla one chocolate. Fries were cold and had absolutely no seasoning in it. The only thing they got right about our order was the sauces. I wasn’t about to drive 20 min back for a few pickles/lettuce/tomatoes so we just dealt with it. Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite restaurants but this experienced ruined it just a bit.

I’ve always loved their food. However it was a superlong wait this day and no one was outside taking orders. I felt likei was at another establishment for the 1st time. Courtesy and atmosphere were the same but the pace was unbearable. I have never been in their line start to finish 40 mins. And we were only getting a strawberry shake.

These people are always swamped with customers and long lines, but the staff are very friendly and do their best to make sure the customers are taken care of. It is near a medical district and when you go in there around noon, it is packed. The staff works really hard and they provide really good food. I go there regularly, despite the long waits because I get excellent customer service and good food.
