Food is usually decent here. Staff did let me know I was coming at the end of the day and they weren’t going to make anything fresh. I got lo mein as a side, and there was so much of the cabbage(?) they use, I couldn’t find the noodles. It WAS the end of the day.

Employees were goofing off in the kitchen. Had to come back in after going through the drive through because they forgot my plate of orange chicken and white rice and my cream cheese Rangoons. Then I get home to eat and they gave me fried rice not white rice.

When I pulled up to the driveway, I took my order and this girl wanted to give me her opinion when she said, I think you should get the cheaper one but I said I wanted the two piece tray and then she tried to argue with me, I even asked for the manager and then she couldn’t get the manager for me. Then she has the audacity to put the mic back on and say oh this is a different person like girl I can hear from your voice that you’re not different so I left and went to go to a different one.

Panda Express is experiencing a supply shortage so it’s entirely possible that they won’t have what you want to order which is what happened to me, but when a customer settles for something else (broccoli beef) and this is what you get….broccoli with a sprinkle of beef. The staff doesn’t answer the phone and the corporate office doesn’t bother to contact you when you reach out about the experience. Yeah won’t be back
