I ordered a buck a chicken and it was terrible. The skin just fell off as soon as I would try to grab one. I don’t know what was wrong with the bucket. I ordered one last week it was fine. We didn’t even eat the chicken. We each had one piece. I want to return it, but that’s not the right phone number.

The absolute worst one in san diego County. Never have any food. I called ahead for fresh food was told no even though on last week I was told I could call ahead before 8pm for food to be dropped. I usually eat at kfc once a week and they never have anything that I usually order. It’s beyond ridiculous I can understand once or twice but literally every time. They have no customer service whatsoever. As high as kfc is don’t nobody want cold and stale food that has been sitting for a long period of time. This kfc sucks.

We ordered 2 Famous Bowls for delivery and they gave us the “kibbles n bits” of their chicken batch. LITERALLY NOT ONE piece of our popcorn chicken had ANY actual chicken in it. Each bite is crispy and hard AF like this is not acceptable I would never ever give a customer what they gave us tonight. Super disappointing
