I have always been treated very nice. We eat at white castle 1-2 times a week the service is exceptional, the only thing I would change is the tea, it appears cloudy. I would rate 4 out of 5 stars

I used to not like White Castle until I found out they have veggie sliders. Being vegetarian is hard to find quick lunches. Sometimes it is a bit of a wait since they cook things as they are ordered, but well worth the wait for fresh food. Young man that works the drive thru mid day is very friendly and always has a smile. Food is fresh and friendly employees. Nice to have vegetarian option aside from a salad everyday. Keep up the good work White Castle.

Very slow service today. Apparently there was a local “water advisory” which prevented the store from using water, so they were selling canned drinks in place of fountain, but at the same price. Not really a huge deal until you figure that thays some info thay should be given to you BEFORE you order, not after you pay.

I was employed here a few years ago and I can say without doubt that this is the cleanest fast food place in Martinsville, Indiana. Every night we cleaned everything, no matter how late, and no matter if we were tired. The kitchen is always kept clean due to strict managers, and the food prep is VERY careful to be sanitary and careful with handling the food. The food isn’t the healthiest but it tastes good!

Don’t get smoothies from this place, I was served a smoothie Thayer made hours before I bought them. That was disrespectful to me . Drove 16 minutes to buy the smoothie. If I go back there again , that happens again I will make food inspection service office know that. I’m a restaurant owner I will never tolerate that
