Overall, the food was worth the visit. The Key Wot was delicious, bit the other dishes were a little lackluster.

My favorite place for Ethiopian cuisine – everything is excellent. Highly recommend the meat and vegetarian sample platters for a group. The restaurant is extremely warm and cozy – feels like a hidden treasure. I hope it stays that way.

First time trying Ethiopian cuisine and I love it! The bread texture thingi was very interesting! However, I was a little disappointed by the portions I was given for the Doro Wot I ordered. With the “sauce” was 1 boiled egg and a very very tiny piece of drumstick… and I paid $16 for that dish alone (check pictures for reference). I didn’t think it was worth what I paid for, but if you can afford it and want to try it feel free to, we really like how it tasted!

Very friendly service, nice atmosphere. The food was…. ok. Tasty and creative “fish goulash”, but my lamb stew, while flavorful, was swimming in about a quart of oil.

Wonderful. Menu gave good descriptions. For a table of four we ordered 2 beef, one lamb, and one chicken dish and the bargain priced, $14.95 6 vegetable dish sampler. Honestly, we should have just gotten two meats and the veggie platter. The portions are HUGE. (none of us are small, or light eaters.) Everyone was friendly, but we did not get water refills or the coffee we ordered. Super clean, lovely music, definite A.

While I feel bad for posting such a negative review, but the food chicken stew wet was not fresh at all. I ‘d recommend people try this restaurant, though you’ll need to keep an open mind if you aren’t familiar with the cuisine.

We dined in at this restaurant and ordered the veggie combo platter and lentils. The food was really good, however I don’t think it was very fresh as the food came out in about 7 minutes.

We loved the meat and veggie platters! We were pleased to be the only guests there at 630pm on a Friday night, but also want their business to do well, as the service is great, atmosphere cozy and food amazing! We will be back!
