Tried them for the first time Friday 08-11-23. Wonderful burgers! Some of the best the wife and I have had for a couple years. Order process is interesting and a little complex, but was walked though with ease. Very patient staff. Very busy, but it was lunch time. Be patient, it’s worth it!

I had the veggie burger Patty and it was just as good as the real burger Patty. Very happy it had the veggie option if you are a full vegan. Holy smokes the competition in Fairbanks AK for best burger just got tougher! This place is hands down a top 2 burger joint to visit. My personal favorite “1000 Island Burger” with onion rings as the side has hit the spot…everytime. Excellent customer service. Fantastic Burgers and rings (the fries aren’t bad either).

I went in for a milkshake at 8:30pm and the night manager said they don’t serve milkshakes at 8:30. I said that your hours say you close at 9pm. The woman, who appeared to be the manager, said ”are you deaf?”. Customer service is dead! If you advertise that you close at 9, then serve, everything, until 9! I went next door to A&W, where the staff was very nice, and got a milkshake…. no questions asked. I, nor either of the other two people with me, will ever eat at Fatburger again!

This is a fun place to eat. When you give a tip, they yell out “Fat Tips” and then the crew chimes in a “Thank You!”. The burgers are yummy and fresh. You have a hard choice to make between skinny or fat fries. I oscillate between the two. This place is owned locally by a Veteran. They also serve hot wings and milkshakes. This place has a whole vibe and is open til 10 most nights, which is significant for Fairbanks, as many places close earlier in town. I am not a fan of the wings, too soupy. Better wings at Red Fox. But the burgers are part of my regular routine for late night yumminess.
