My bf and I ordered the new The Big New Yorker 6XL slices pizza on 2/09 and it was the hardest thing ever… 1) 8 slices, not 6 lol which ok we can live with that, but 2) it was cold and over cooked because the pizza was stiff as a stick…. sighs 🙁

The worst customer service! Do not expect your food at the time they promise it, more like 2 hours late, and don’t dare try to call, to cancel it, they won’t answer, or when they do, they blame you, because other people ordered before you, and “you just have to wait”! Then, when you call to get a refund for your cold food and gross food, the next day, they proceed to tell you you have to bring them at least half the order back, and you only get a 50% refund, and YOU have to take it to them! Despite paying $5 for delivery and tipping the dasher $7! I just wanted them to make it right, but apparently, it’s the customers fault these days, no more “the customer is always right”!

Pizza Hut always has great pizza, Always! The only thing that stinks about Pizza Hut is their web site fails more often than not, when placing online orders. So you have to call it in anyway and see if the authorization on your card will post, resulting in more headache issuing a chargeback to the pizza hut’s acquiring bank.

Pizza was over cooked and the crust was coming off easily. I picked up the pizza and it literally splits off from the crust where you hold it and 2 of the slices had holes in them. Never seen such bad pizza from Pizza Hut I’m thinking it’s just this location.

If you’re looking forward to having fresh pizza from Pizza Hut at home, I’d prefer placing an order through carryout instead of delivery since there’s still a driver shortage at most locations. I placed my carryout order today & I’m glad I did. The order was ready in a timely manner & it was super fresh. As a result, it was delicious Service was good too. There will be ups & downs from time to time with the speed of the service but I came at a good time & I was satisfied. Kudos to the hard-working staff at this location
