I eat here a few times per month, and it’s definitely the best Mexican cuisine in the area. I’ve been to Mexico and lived in the southwest, so I have had the authentic experience. It is authentic in the atmosphere, but the food is catered to the area. For my area and its clientele, I feel that it is a bit watered down flavor wise, but that is a personal concern, and I do recommend giving this place a try. The Mai Tai’s are fabulous, and my go-to order is the Taco Loco or Carnitas.

I’m new to the area and I’ve only been there a few times, the food is good, the prices are good, the waiters are fine, it just takes a long time for the food to come out, I just went and it took more than 20 minutes to bring the food, and that there were only few people but in general good, quiet but good atmosphere.

The Texas taco salad was the best I’ve eaten. Hubby had shrimp chummy & said it was very good. Chips/salsa so fresh. Waitresses were on point & very nice.

Our tortillas had hot pink stuff on them that looked like lipstick…not sure what it was ! They did take it off the bill but never explained what it was. A server crumpled my tortillas up with his bare hands and said “it’s not lipstick” and just walked off ♀️

In town for work and came here on the suggestion of a local. Food was pretty decent but the service was unbeatable. My teenage son got sick while we were here. The host noticed he was gone from the table for a while and went to check on him then stood guard at the door to make sure he was okay. Way above and beyond the call of duty for any restaurant staff and something I will never forget.

The food and drinks are really good. We go once a week. The only bad thing about the place is that they don’t come around and check on you much for drink refills, etc. Most Mexican restaurants, the other waiters, and extra help are always filling drinks at any table that needs. it. Don’t get me wrong, the waiters and waitresses are good they just stay very busy and need a little extra help. I will say that if the younger manager is there, he does go around and help to do this at all the tables. Obviously, it doesn’t stop us from going every week, so it’s a pretty great place over all.

Visited based on reviews and was very pleased. Pork carnitas tender and succulent. LOVED the rancho side beans – best! Good margarita and AWESOME tequila selection: enjoyed an Altos repasado. Recommend the extra spicy salsa – toeing the line on spicy! The servers are running at top speed and so friendly and pleasant.
