I ordered a 9 piece nugget curly fries and lemonade. The chicken and fries were hard. They looked like they had been under the light all day. Do not go there if you do tell them you want fresh fries and chicken.

Where to start You can never go wrong at Arby’s. I love everything on the menu. My sister and I really enjoyed our dinner. The orange cream shakes after dinner was extraordinary. All the staff was very friendly, helpful and very professional.

This was our first time at this Arby’s in Eden north Carolina. Very nice and welcoming outside as well as inside. Great customer service, food was terrific . Had great food, we haven’t been to any Arby’s close to home they food isn’t as good as at this place we went to in Eden.

They refuse to recognize deals that the company sends out in emails. Several times they closed their drive thru and shut everything down when they closed the inside despite the hours saying it’s open until 11. If the hours say open until 11, then you should be taking orders until then. There’s no reason why customers shouldn’t be able to order at 10:30. Every time I manage to go during the day, the employees have attitude. I would rather drive to another city then deal with this location.

Never had any trouble with Arby’s before but I went through the drive-thru & got a brisket sandwich last night…..it was hella good but it made me sick on my stomach later in the evening……so, that’s that.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. I ordered a fish sandwich and got 2 chicken tenders with tarter sauce. Of course they offered to replace the meal, so when I did return a couple days later, the manager was very rude and never apologized for the culinary foe pah.
