So I ordered a sandwich and a bowl. They guys waves me back and I notice 5 cars parked waiting for food. I said hey ill give them a few minutes since it happens. I’ve now been here for ten minutes. Come to find out by the other customers that this is normal for them. I never come at 10pm. During They day everything is fine.

If I can give them a zero I would.Their website stated that they close at 1am I arrived at 11:52pm the drive threw was closed and employees were inside.I also called them around 10pm and there was no answer.They shouldn’t state that they are opened until a certain time when they cannot provide that service.

The Chicken was over fried. The customer service staff was in rush. The outdoor drive through speaker no working properly. Last but not least they charged me , gave me the change and closed the window right away , and did not gave me my soda. My food order was incomplete. I called at the number in the receipt and that was a answer machine. Terrible

Overall bizarre experience. When I approached the drive thru, a man’s voice greeted me then immediately a woman’s voice repeated it. When I tried to order they immediately told me they were out. Which is absurd, I drive by this place all the time and I rarely see a line. Next once I approach the window, after I pay they ask me to back my car up. It was odd. Almost as if they didn’t want me to see what was going on.

I rarely go to KGC but decided to go earlier this morning to buy food for my loved ones. The drive thru cashier was extremely rude when assisting me. It appeared that my questions about the meals were annoying her. She ended up yelling at me “ It’s number 9”. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. My family and I decided this is not a place we will be going to again. I ended up leaving and buying food somewhere else. Extremely disappointed in customer service.
