No other Sushi establishment comes close to what was offered here. Every single item was extremely fresh, and very well priced!! This has to be the best establishment for Sushi and Shashimi!! Don’t even think about not getting thier Lo Mien and Fried Rice!! You don’t even have to consider going to you Chinese Food spot anymore after stopping in!! We will definitely come back and enjoy more of what Fusha has to offer!!

It’s a hidden gem in Metuchen downtown. The (lunch) foods are great and very reasonable prices. The bento box sushi and the sashimi lunches are fresh and delicious. The waitresses are quite friendly and very helpful in explaining the orders (like what is included and what is not included, etc.). If you or your family are in the area, it would be a good place for lunch or dinner.

Hands down one of best sushi, Asian-fusion spots in Middlesex County for its variety of menu & Zen decor. Service was excellent, atmosphere was quiet and it is located in Metuchen’s downtown district. I ordered Indian Pancake & Avocado Salad based off of great reviews and choose two sushi rolls– Two Thumbs Up & Out of Control Rolls complimented with a tropical tree display. I look forward to my next return!

When I came to this town to play, it was just about time to eat, and I found fusha on this street, and it was clean and cozy, and then we ordered our dishes, and when everything came up we tried every single one of those sushi restaurants in Manhattan.
