I have come here for many many years. Yes, the main people that run the place have always been rude, and maybe it’s just their culture. I don’t know. Today, I ordered the crystal shrimp and asked what came with it. I was told fried rice so I said okay. It was not as sweet as normal, there were only three tiny pieces of walnuts that would not equal even 1/2 of a piece of walnut, and it came with white rice. My order was to go so I did not find this out until I got home. I think I have run out of patience with this place. If we are going to have to pay higher prices, I am going to find a better place.

Careful with the prices you see on the wall or by the register because they are wrong or out dated According to the owners. While talking with her trying to understand why the price didn’t add up she went ahead and charged my card anyway. I asked for a refund and she refused and said she couldn’t and told me to just order more food. I tried to explain it causes confusion with the different pricing and I was told to only look at the pamphlet because it has the updated price but those don’t add up right.

Wow. 2.9 stars is pretty bad but it deserves worse that that. The beef is rubber and has no flavor. The ice tea looks like mud water and nothing has any flavor at all. All I can say is wow. It’s really that bad. It is. Don’t go. Don’t go. Please don’t go. I warned you.

My husband went to pick up for his mom & THE CUSTOMER SERVICE was horrible. It has been for years. There’s no excuse for this kind of behavior even it’s a family owned business. You don’t treat customers with poor attitudes nor do you answer the phone with “what do you want now?”. Also how are the customers supposed to eat their food if there’s no kind of utensils or napkins.

Horrible customer service! When I made my order they assumed it was for take out and didn’t even ask. When I sat down to eat my food the lady yelled at me saying that I couldn’t sit down because the order was to go. She repeated that I can not sit down unless I leave a tip. I had already left a tip when I made my purchase but in order to sit down and eat my food I had to leave an additional tip. The food wasn’t even good!!! The sauce tasted like it came from a can and the veggies were raw and it had very little chicken. The low mein was good tho. Other than that I should not be yelled at to sit down and will not be returning!

I would give this place NEGATIVE stars if I could. I called in my order and when I walked in… all was fine. After paying for my food I asked if they had a bathroom as I knew I wouldn’t make it home. After a couple minutes in the bathroom, someone knocks on the door (at that time I didn’t know who it was). When I come out the employee said “Next time use Albertson’s bathroom”. I was appalled. Very rude!
