I’ve been over 5x since their recent opening in Lake Charles, La. Always great service! My first time they seemed overwhelmed and I don’t blame them. Place was packed and it seemed like they were short staffed. I was excited to try their Philly cheesesteak, being from PA and missing it. The main reason I decided to even try is because they had the hot pepper relish I normally have to have shipped to me from PA. The Philly was so good. Decided to try the Italian and it reminds me of my hometown mom and pop corner store subs I used to get. They’re now fully staffed and some of the friendliest people I’ve met. My husbands first time today and as we drove away from the drive thru window, he said “ok, customer service, I see you!” I can’t wait to try something else. Maybe tomorrow?

I called inquiring about a job and the assistant manager i spoke to had a negative tone with me when i was asking about the different positions. towards the end of the call, i was in the process of asking a question and she said “mhm” and hung up the phone. from the moment she started talking, it felt like she didn’t want to talk to me and kept brushing me off with short responses. that alone would discourage anyone from applying anywhere. it’s highly unacceptable to treat people different especially people who are looking for employment when there’s a sign that says “now hiring.” it’s hard finding people who enjoy their jobs nowadays.

Being that this place is very new, they need some streamlining of their service capabilities. There were several items that although on the online menu were not yet available for purchase in store. That being said, the employees were super friendly and helpful even though they were short-staffed and the food they provided was very well made and delicious!
