The Reuben was amazingly lean and juicy, so good. Hubby said the filet salad was one of the best he has ever had. Fresh raspberry tea and the Louis Armstrong were yummy and refreshing on a hot July afternoon. Will definitely go back next time we are in Skowhegan.

Soups today were Mushroom Rosemary and Cream of Cauliflower, both reportedly excellent. I chose a cup the Mushroom with half of the BLT (again a difficult decision because there were so many on the menu I wanted to try). My husband chose a Reuben sandwich and cookies to go. Excellent!!!

Had family here from Florida and we went for lunch. I’ve always loved the food here but this time was so much more!!! I advised staff that my uncle has cancer and has a hard time swallowing she made him mashed potatoes and a hamburger gravy so he could eat. She went above and beyond and made something they don’t even have on the menu. I will never forget the kindness and compassion.
