I asked for pizza sauce on the side when I got there. The manager Kate said she didn’t know how to charge for the side of sauce, when she tried to sell the cheesy marinara sauce for menu price, i asked if i could pay for the cheesy sauce and just give me regular pizza sauce instead? Without saying anything she walked back to the pizza sauce bucket and put one scoop of sauce in a container, then threw it down on the counter hard enough it splashed out all over the counter and told another employee to hand it to me. I will never return to this store because of the customer service here. The manager of all people is extremely rude!!! And insulting to your customers!!

Do not go to this location. My half and half pizza had almost no toppings, and only on 2.5 slices!! I got it pan-made and it was almost identical to the hand tossed, so much thinner than it used to be and absolutely no cheese, felt like I was eating cardboard. My sandwich had no meat or toppings either, literally just bread and sauce. I should have looked at these other horrible reviews before I ordered from here. I frequent other Domino’s locations in the area, and will NEVER go back to this one. Go to the new one on St. Rose or even the Eastern and Serene location. It’s also telling that the owner of this location doesn’t respond to negative reviews to offer to make it right or at least find out what happened like most other establishments do in town. I went in for wings with sauce on the side around 4 pm this past Monday.The young man working was awesome. He took care of my order and he has great customer service. My dad loved the wings and the sauce he suggested was spot on. We will definitely be back soon. I wish I would of gotten his name. Good job

Beware that they regularly run very behind the posted time online. Recently, we had to wait nearly an hour for an extra large, one topping pizza. It wasn’t the first time we’ve had long wait times either, this time it just so happened to ruin plans for our evening and it was really frustrating. You don’t come here for exceptional pizza, there are so many other places for that. You come here for quick and easy pizza and they have a hard time with that recently.

This location is a joke. Don’t order. They get your pizza wrong then tell you it will be an hour to get the replacement to you to try and discourage you from getting what you paid for. Absolutely unacceptable. Two thumbs down order from any other pizza place than this.
