Worked with a guy once. Was convinced this location and brand was a potential gold mine. Just knew that with a little management, it could be 100x the business that it is.

Rude staff that rolled their eyes when making changes to my order. Dated, dirty and out of service – don’t waste your time at this location.

The DQs in the valley are hidden but you can find them. This one seems to have been around for awhile. I was impressed with the pretzel sticks and the Moolatte was a pleasant surprise. The cheese sauce for the pretzels was not what I expected. I wanted some of that warm liquid gold found in your normal gas station nacho bar. Great spot to grab something before a show.

Everything was great except that they close inside dining very early at 8 PM so if you want something the drive through is available if you want to wait in line for 20 to 40 minutes. The time I spent in line was about 32 minutes and during that time I saw no less than 15 cars turn away rather than wait in line. Had I not have had such a craving for ice cream and a cheeseburger I to woulD have left rather sit in the line. So just a suggestion,,..open your doors the same hours as your drive through. However the employees were very nice and working as hard as they can and rhe food was very good even better than most dairy queens I’ve eaten at. So if your a patient person and want ice cream after 8 be ready to wait in a long Line….maybe bring a book to read…

I think this might be the grossest fast food experience I’ve ever had. I’m from out of state and the Dairy Queen there is surprisingly good. I’m disappointed. It was mushy and stale. I could only stomach half of it and now I keep gagging. Furthermore, the wait for the food was long. Not worth it

Parking was close to the door. The lobby was clean and the bathrooms were clean. I had a strawberry shake and it was good. Also handicap accessible if needed.

I came for 1 thing and sadly it had left with the ch aging of the seasons. :/ my milkshake I got instead was good but nothing amazing. I was bummed that the times listed on google were not accurate so we had to eat in our car(updated).

The food tasted pretty good. I got the honey bbq tossed and sauced. It was delicious, but the sauce wasn’t fully coating the tenders. It all tasted fresh and hot like it just came out of the fryer. Service was alright. They had me wait at the speaker, and when they took my card, they put it in the card reader, then walked away without giving my card back. I had to ask for my card after they handed me my food.

Told me I couldn’t order curds at the window because my food was already ready. Here I am still sitting at the window 5 minutes later waiting for my food. I used to love this place it has gone down hill.
