We used this location for a catering order. They got everything right, and it was all delicious (rave reviews from our party guests). Room for improvement: food was not ready at the requested time. It was about 25 minutes late getting out to us. The takeaway is to set a pickup time a half hour before you really need it. Other than that, good work Harrison Ave Chipotle!

I haven’t eaten a meal in 3 days because of the flu. I’m finally hungry and all I want is a veggie burrito from Chipotle. I walked in 30mins before closing and most of the line was already broken down. No Fajitas veggies, guacamole, etc… I was so disappointed. I understand breaking down early but 30mins before and being empty of things like fajitas is just lazy. I’m so disappointed. People just don’t care about service anymore.

I purchase two burrito bowls and went home to enjoy my meal and opened my meal up to a dead butterfly on my lettuce including the head. I called and explained the situation even showed them. Even though I did receive my money back the importance of customer care was not evident This was one of my favorite places to eat and now it will be awhile before a try again.

I strongly recommend choosing a different location if you’re craving Chipotle. I stopped by tonight and found this location”out” of multiple ingredients (including cheese) just after 8pm. The associate confirmed they would not be restocking any of the items they were “out” of at any point this evening yet they don’t close until 11pm. If you don’t want to be diss appointed, go somewhere else.

When I order a burrito bowl, I am expecting that belly bursting amount of food that Chipotle is known for but I do not get that at this location. Everytime I have order from here, I have had to get something else to eat right after eating their food because there wasn’t enough to fill me. Always super busy and the parking lot is designed poorly so there always minor accidents and it’s like a maze when it’s busy because all the cars are trying to figure out how to get around one an other.

We ordered two bowls, a large guacamole, queso. We didn’t get either the guac or queso. And the bowls were both about a quarter full and missing half toppings on both. Absolutely terrible. Order with online was 46 bucks. With the upcharges, even with a “free bowl” wouldn’t come close to the money we lost that day.

This place is constantly out of a lot of ingredients they closed early the last time I was here. I asked the employees when they would be getting more of the ingredients in they said they did not know they seemed as if they did not want to work or restock the items but potentially had the items in the back. They’re typical excuse is we got really slammed today well that’s great it paid their paycheck so that they can continue to work there. Upon exiting one of the employees had to make a childish baby sound remark highly unprofessional and shows how childish that individual is maybe they need to go back home and go be childish there customer service does not seem to be their forte.

Our steak burrito had no cheese and no steak. Our other burrito had no cheese. The food was cold when delivered. The driver blew his horn and we had to go out and get the food while he sat in the car. This store has really gone downhill
