Just bought 2 footlongs, the bacon was almost raw, the bread was stale, none of the toppings/veggies were covered and they all looked brown and dried up. Server was friendly but seemed like his first day on job and he was by himself. This was a third try at this location. We won’t go back. Very sad what is happening.

Absolutely horrible experience. When we arrived for our online order the store was empty, waited for 15 minutes and no one ever showed up. We finally got in touch with them about half an hour later and she was extremely rude. We went to the one by kroger instead, but still got charged for both orders. Do yourself a favor and go to the one by kroger instead.

Horribly unprofessional employees. Literally yelling at each other and hitting each other’s butts instead of making sandwiches. It was just before the lunch rush and nothing was stocked. Most of their containers were empty and produce looked old. A very suspicious, possibly homeless woman kept coming in and out of the store and instead of contacting security or asking her what she was doing the employees made fun of her. I ate enough of my sandwich to get my blood sugar up and then left as fast as I could. We won’t be back.

I normally love going here. But they had a sign saying that they were going to the bathroom, which isn’t a big deal but I sat there for almost 15 minutes and no one had came back. Absolutely terrible service

I don’t even give this Subway 1 star, it makes you give 1 star to even make a post. Every time you go into this Subway, the Wal-Mart employees are using it as their break room. I have even seen one with his head down on the table sleeping, they bring food from other establishments into this store and sit down to eat. The Wal-Mart employees are loud, having conversations that everyone can hear, a lot of which small children should not be listening to. As far as the employees in the subway they seem to hire of drug users, who even using drugs in this store. The management make sick employee who has been in the bathroom vomiting stay at work because no one will come in to replace them. I know everyone wants a sandwich made by someone who keeps running to the bathroom getting sick. If an employee gets hurt and has to go the the hospital they will not pay for the hospital visit to the tune of $1680, even when you take every bill you receive to manager in the subway, plus call Josh the owner who tells you to call Chris his GM who handles this because he has not seen a bill. And when you call Chris you never get a return call. I know this all for a fact because my teenage daughter worked there and it happened to her.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Out of turkey, soda machine is broken with no other drink options, so they charge more for a fountain drink so they can pour it out of a flat 2ltr bottle. How can any of this even happen when they are inside a walmart! Seriously!! This subway might as well just close and let another restaurant go in that can actually cater to the mass amount of shoppers in the area. I will say the staff is nice and its not their fault the owners and management cant do their jobs. This subway is a joke! They give subway a bad name.

No stars. No nothning. This subway call me racist but a black guy working. He was getting a pretzel for a walmart employee so i was looking at the menu. Being blind in one eye I often have to walk the menu instead of just stand and figure out what I want. He started lookin at me then looking at the wal empl. And direct infront of the register another wal empl so they all three got the fun that he was having at me walking to see the menu. So he finally gets to me and just starts moan um hu. The whole time he was making my sandwich and didnt ask me just looked at me to tell him what i wanted on it. So get rung up to go fill my drink and zip out of sweet tea. It was about 6 30 ish. So I dare not to mention he was out of tea so this couple came in and they rung out and she went to fill her tea and none. So she went told him and he said huh she said it again and he told her there wasnt going to be anymore made. She requested her money back and he said ill have to talk to my manager about that one. So they sat and i said hes a winner she said he wont have to tell the mgr she would. So my experience was like wearing shorts out and every where u step the sticker bushes got you and the last step was over a rotten log down a muddy hill.

The manager is rude and so is her staff. I manage another store and never have a seen such a blatant disregard for subway quality and service. The customers are shorted product and told that they cMt have something if they are running low of it.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. App says closes at 11pm I arrived at 1040pm was told by a rude person that i had to get there attention from the back that they close at 10pm….SO WHICH IS IT??? I think someone was just ready to go home so she closed early.
