Fast service. Nice and clean restaurant. Quite small as they share location (and toilets) with a gas station. Very attentive staff. They delivered to the table and went by several times and asked if everything was OK or we needed something. The food was not to great. I went to grab some dinner and the service was quick ordering wise, but I did have to park and wait for the food. Which was fine until I realized a lot of time was passing. I come from customer service and the empathy they had for not getting it to me was everything. They felt bad…and they even added two pies. Fast food restaurants face many challenges these days but I think the BK on Route 360 in Central Garage has overcome them and, from my limited experience, has provided outstanding customer service. I stopped in around 12:30 PM on 9/17/22 and the woman behind the counter greeted me before I got through the door. When I ordered a Whopper and small drink, she suggested a “senior” drink, which I certainly qualified for. I was sitting at a table checking my messages when the same woman brought my food to me. Exceptional service. The only lack of service came from corporate. I attempted several times to fill out a survey but the system wouldn’t accept it.
