I ordered chicken on a biscuit and got only a biscuit. Then when I told them, they were rude about it. Like it was my fault. There was only one other customer in line and it wasn’t busy. Do better. Be polite to the customers. The dining area needs cleaned. The tables are disgusting and sticky.

I travel interstate, 80 twice a week. I will never eat nor stop at this plaza with Hardee’s ever again. The employees don’t know about food safe hygiene. I just witnessed maybe 3 minutes ago an employee play with her pony tail didn’t wash her hands and then proceeded reach in the fry/ onion ring bin with bare hands and take one out thinking she was slick and walk further into the kitchen you don’t know who is watching you. Y’all are the only restaurant at this service plaza and y’all need to do better. She had long brown hair with slight highlights in a ponytail it reached to her lower back. Then the common area soda tower area is filthy like it hasn’t been cleaned all day

I walked up and the counter Staff are standing around talking. It’s 1:36pm and the tables are all Nasty with grease! Theres no one in line or even eating in this building!!! Custamer #52 was just called up, & took their bag of food with a “Not to happy look on their face!” Yeiks!! Humm? The worker just shurged her shoulder and ROLLED HER EYES!!!!

Really nice staff. There was a line and they serviced everyone quick. I was surprised that when my food came up- really quick, the young man with the pony tail gave it to me and asked if I needed ketsup or anything- I did, salt. Also, clean! This was welcomed surprise.

I guess there open again. 16$ friscomelt med. combo very very long waits. Over staffed underperformed. Won’t be back manager didn’t apologize i was the only person before or after me that wasnt served(already paid for it). Typical high traffic business they don’t care because they’ll never see you again and it’s the Turnpike so guaranteed business daily. Customer base taken for granted. Same treatment down the road at I-280 truckstop.

Dual drive thru, mobile app, rewards program, coated fries, two for deals, regular rotation of specials, banana flavor shakes as well as the usual flavors, funnel cake sticks, ice cream cones, sundaes, pop, chicken bites with fries, fish and chicken sandwiches, coneys, hot dogs, burgers, walk up and take out or drive thru. BLTs at some locations if you ask. Great place can’t go wrong with hardees
