This KFC was understaffed. There was a long wait to get an order placed (about 10 minutes) and the family ahead of me left before anybody came to take the order. However, once the guy came over, he was pleasant and the order was accurate. I then noticed he was helping the other person in the back cook and pack the order. Kudos for him jumping in help move things along. The food was great!

I went in to get an online order. They were behind. I told them “no problem, just make sure it’s right”. When I got the order I asked them was there gravy on the potatoes. The preparer told me there was a cup of gravy in the bag for the potatoes and all the sauces were in the bag,too. Stupid me believed him.

The worst KFC I have ever been to . Just got off of work and was heading to an appointment after so I wanted to grab something real fast. Waited in line for about 4 or 5 min in an empty line just for my fries to be burnt and my “cup of ice water to have hi C mixed with water. Then tried to say that’s why they don’t give out cups of water instead of letting me know at the drive through menu that their water machine wasn’t working.

Went to order thigh and breast meal with my order through the drive thru and got breast and wing. Went to try to go inside and tell them that they messed up the order, the lobby was closed. Apparently they don’t want anybody in lobby to mess it up. Told someone that they messed up the order, they gave me the thigh. They don’t ever apologize for screwing your order. The employees there are like zombies. No life in them. Will not be coming back there anytime soon. They should shut down and reset the staff there!!

The food I got was the worst I’ve ever gotten from KFC. I ordered the Famous Bowl. Instead of the small, crisp pieces of chicken there were four large pieces that were rubbery, so bad I had to throw them away. Then there was no gravy in my bowl.

We took the kids to the beach and needed a quick lunch, so we ordered a bucket. So disappointed to get home and have NO biscuits. We tried to call and no one answered. We were the only car there. How is it possible to mess up our order?

I just pulled through the drive and I was greeted with “yeah what do you want” ordered 16 piece family meal and was told it would be 20 minutes and then was told Godlllleeee when I said that I could wait. Horrible service at this location. Do better and screen your employees better.

I wouldn’t order chicken from this place if you order for an occasion. We ordered two buckets of chicken on Saturday for our Easter dinner and when we went to pick it up at 2:00 pm we where told that they didn’t have our order and would be a two hour wait. We had to go to White Castle. Businesses that can’t perform should shut down.
