Ordered a large stuffed crust pizza, paid with card and added $8 tip. After waiting for an hour I called to see where it was. Was told that he knocked on the front door, no one answered so he left it on the steps!! Never knocked on the back door or called. Very, very poor service!!

They use an outside service to deliver and they lost my I order. So I ended up waiting quite awhile for my pizza. Person I spoke to was very nice, but they didn’t offer compensation.

Multiple issues when ordering online and getting what I paid for. Order was not complete and when I called them to have it corrected I was told that I can drive to the shop to pick up what I had paid the delivery fee to deliver to my house because they could not send out a driver to bring me what I had paid for even though I received the wrong order. Would not recommend and would recommend to just pick up your order because they can’t get the order right anyways.

I’d put less than one star if I could, everything about this place was a terrible experience. Bad food, undercooked wrongly made, out of pure laziness. Terrible customer service. Name calling for no reason. Had no interest in working with customers for refund, or food made properly, I would not recommend going here to anyone.

Ordered pizza for deliver. Once it was delivered half of our food was not there and then they told us that we are not delivering anymore since they are short staffed. I understand the short staffing that’s not the issue. The issue was that they told us that they are not going to refund any money. We’ll after I drove there to pick up the pizza that they lost, the manage told me that they are going to refund the delivery charge and the cheezy bread that they don’t have. So needless to say I was not happy. We will see if they refund our money and then maybe I will change the stars.

Outstanding service. We were traveling through and eating in the car. Staff helped us make decisions, informed us of specials, made suggestions, great personal communication with a smile. While we were waiting in car and planning on picking it up at drive thru, staff brought it out to car. They provided us with plates, plastic ware, hot pepper seeds and parmesan. So pleasantly surprised. We really appreciated his hospitality.
