I just went to get my avocado toast as always. The bread was completely stale and so hard that I hurt myself trying to eat it. The donuts were just stuffed together on the paper bag and all mixed. Had to get up to ask for stuff missing from my order a few times. The drinks were made incorrectly and when I asked was treated very badly. Even the beacon was not good. I certainly won’t come back to this place ever again.

Local ER staff here- very disappointed in the service from this location. After our staff endured a difficult pediatric code, one of our leaders placed an order for donuts. We received a cold message on the receipt, photo attached. If you’re not able to fulfill the order, call back and say that so we can order from another business. Since we’re not able to predict tragedy and death a day in advance, we’ll refrain from using this company for any orders in the future.

The chocolate icing for donuts at this location is not like any other Dunkin. It is poor quality and this has not been a one time incident. If you’re getting chocolate doughnuts go to a different location.

They forgot the bagel, I had to go back to the counter. They apologized for forgetting, but then left it on the counter. They said they called it. There were only two customers in the seating area. The bagel microwaved instead of toasting. it was hard as a rock. I couldn’t eat it. I was done with them. I had no desire, and i was hesitant they would do something to the bagel. “Kids”. There were employees screaming out obscenities in Spanish and English.

The crazy thing is that the manager loves her and supports her and don’t call her attention. I’ve only gotten breakfast from here and it’s always been through the drive-thru. Not a lot of room in the parking lot. It does get busy at random times and the cars are all the way out in Goldenrod Road. The food is usually good but the sweet tea is very inconsistent. The sweet tea tastes like water and spit sometimes. Now it seems it’s never good anymore so I don’t get it. I don’t like coffee but I’ve heard it is good here.

The prices at this location is getting ridiculous for a iced mocha latte I might as well go to Starbucks. However, the price at a different location is much cheaper. I will not be going to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Goldenrod anymore.
