I really won’t be going back to this location. Today I ordered a pizza, and it was delivered cold. I called and spoke with a “manager” who said, “if anything it’s warm”. I didn’t pay to receive a cold or warm pizza. This isn’t my first or second time having a problem with this location.

I placed an online order for 2 medium pizzas. With online ordering you have the option to have your order brought out to your car. I got to the location and followed the directions. No one came out! Employees were standing around joking which would not be a big deal if I wasn’t waiting on my order. I waited the alloted time with an extra minute and still… no one brought out my order.

Called to check on delivery status because it had been sitting out of the oven since 9:53pm according to tracker. Ordered 3 pizzas and bread bites.. it was getting cold. Manager Frank answered the phone very rude and inappropriate. Order ended up being canceled. Fine, I rather not pay for ice cold pizza. Frank needs communication training immediately!

The guys and girls that work at Dominos in Laplace do a really nice job. They are always polite even during crutch time. I have yet to have a negative encounter at that location. On top of that, the pizzas they make tastes infinitely better than Papa Johns.

The cheeseburger pizza was actually pretty good. The only problem I had was the young man that was taking my order. I was told by him that what I was ordering couldn’t be done with the coupon I was using and he argued the fact that it was possible with an added charge for an upgrade. I had to wind up ordering online which was a pain in the you know where. Please teach your employees better Dominos management.

Dominos, what the hell happened? How did you drop the ball? Just a few days ago I placed ordered from you for delivery. It was hot, fresh, correct, and reasonably on time. Tonight my order was greasy, wrong and my nephew had to go get it because “I’m waiting on a driver” I ordered 4 pizzas tonight all 4 were greasy. My thin crust was so greasy in fact it welded itself to the box! The small 3 cheese with black olives I ordered for my baby neices arrived with spinach on it which they would not eat and there mother had to cook them something else. There was no excuse for this I placed my order more than 2 hours in advance. All this after I just left you a glowing 5 star review. I don’t know what the deal was this time but you need to GET! IT! TOGETHER!

I understand there’s an epidemic going on, but if you’re instructed to check in the pie pass it should be used for operation. I checked in with my app and came to a locked door. (Also, understood) But at least 6 employees saw customers waiting and not a single one assisted. We had to call the store even though they could clearly see us. As I can hear the phone ring, employees are still conversing and seem to have attitudes about answering the phone. I understand tensions are high everywhere right now, but the service was horrible.
